Aisling is an Irish name which means ‘Dream’, our logo combines the infinity symbol ∞ to describe our aspiration towards a ‘limitless dream’. Although spelled as Aisling, it’s actually pronounced as ASH-LING. So why Irish? this story is worth a coffee… on us!

Melissa Norman
Founder & Managing Director
Melissa founded Aisling Group eight years ago, and she’s been passionate about helping individuals and organizations grow ever since. With a background in HR and recruitment, she has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed. Certified in emotional intelligence, training, and personality assessments, which she uses to design impactful development programs for a wide range of clients. She is also a strong believer in building long-term relationships, and always looking for ways to help her clients achieve their goals.”
Miles Hunt
Founder of Benula Capital
Miles Hunt is a seasoned international recruitment entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience. He’s helped companies grow from the ground up, leading them to successful IPOs in more than 25 countries.
Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Miles is an active investor in the recruitment industry. He currently chairs four companies in Australia and the UK and advises several leading staffing and HR organizations.
In 2013, Miles established Benula Capital to back talented leaders in the recruitment industry. Benula Capital has invested in a range of successful companies, including Aisling Consulting and others.

Jason tailors his sessions to meet specific needs, from entry-level professionals to senior executives, fostering learning and professional growth.

Geetha is a visionary and result-oriented leader with more than 18 years of experience in the HR industry. Currently, as the Learning & Development Director at Aisling, she designs and implements strategic learning strategies for her clients that cultivate high-performing teams. She also has a successful track record in building future-ready leaders through identifying talents, coaching and behaviour modelling.
